Job Description

A construction organization is seeking a full-time Safety Manager with at least 5 years of safety experience. The Safety Manager supports all trade partners and works closely with all members of the project team to maintain an effective safety program. Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites and offices
Manage the company’s Safety and Health Program
Provide safety training for employees and trade partners
Reinforce and promote a strong safety culture
Track leading and lagging safety indicators
Investigate incidents and complete required documentation
Support safety initiatives across multiple regions
Serve on the internal safety committee

Qualifications and Experience:

Five (5)+ years of experience in a safety-related role (construction experience preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to resolve conflict
Excellent listening skills with strong attention to documentation
Required certifications: CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and related software
Ability to obtain security clearance for federal projects
Valid driver’s license required
CQC experience preferred
