Role Overview:

As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), you will play a pivotal role in the planning, implementation, and management of clinical research studies within our pharmaceutical and medical research setting. Your commitment to compliance, data integrity, and exceptional patient care will help us drive innovative research while ensuring the well-being of our research participants.

What You Will Do:

Lead the Research Process: Coordinate all aspects of study implementation, including site initiation, subject enrollment, informed consent, and closeout, under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI).

Ensure Compliance and Data Integrity: Oversee subject screening and ongoing study participation to ensure adherence to study protocols and compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.

Data Management: Collect, manage, and verify data to maintain accuracy and integrity across multiple studies.

Collaboration: Work closely with pharmaceutical sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), and monitoring personnel to ensure timely communication and regulatory compliance.

Regulatory Documentation: Assist in the preparation, submission, and maintenance of essential documents, including IRB submissions, source documentation, and case report forms (CRFs).

Monitor Safety: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) according to sponsor and FDA requirements.

Conduct Procedures: Perform study-related clinical procedures such as vital sign checks, EKGs, phlebotomy, and other assessments as required by study protocols.

Training and Support: Contribute to staff training and the development of best practices for research and data management.

Participate in Oversight Activities: Engage in investigator meetings, monitoring visits, and audits to uphold compliance and maintain data quality.

Contribute to Research Development: Assist with protocol development, feasibility assessments, and overall study start-up activities.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or research-related field.

Experience in clinical research, behavioral health tech or foreign medical doctors (preferred).

Experience in psychiatry or neuroscience research (preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, with a focus on psychiatry or neuroscience research.

Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA guidelines governing clinical trials.

Technical Skills: Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems like Medidata RAVE, Inform, or comparable platforms.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills, with excellent communication abilities.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,332.00 - $91,000.00 per year
