SunCloud Health is seeking an Intake Representative!

Schedule: 40hrs/wk, will include some evening and weekend hours. Hybrid schedule to be discussed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitates all incoming inquiries of prospective clients, loved ones, and mental health/medical professionals with a sense of urgency and compassion
Exhibits a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills with each call/email response
Obtains all necessary information from callers to determine where they are in the admissions process and determine appropriate follow-up required from the Admissions Team
Maintains call/chat log, as needed, by entering required intake information for new calls and prospective leads
Assesses nature and level of clinical urgency of calls, in order to prioritize and request appropriate level of follow-up
Is available days, evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis to assist during periods of peak call volume
Other duties as assigned
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have all boosters (if eligible)

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Degree from Accredited University preferred
Knowledge of mental health services preferred
Knowledge of MS Office and Telephone Systems
Customer Service Skills - Exceptional
Knowledge of program information and admissions processes

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
