We are expanding our service offerings and seeking a clinically trained Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

Position Overview

Naturally You Aesthetics is seeking a medically focused Clinical Massage Therapist (LMT) with strong therapeutic skills and a passion for functional outcomes. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working in a professional, collaborative setting and prioritizes reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting whole-body wellness.

Responsibilities

Provide customized, clinical therapeutic massage, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage
Collaborate with the provider team to support integrated treatment plans and patient outcomes
Conduct thorough patient assessments and track progress
Educate clients on therapeutic goals and self-care recommendations
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, ethics, and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

Current and valid Michigan Massage Therapist License
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or therapeutic massage experience preferred
Strong knowledge of soft-tissue techniques used for pain management and functional improvement
Excellent communication skills with both clients and clinical team members
Commitment to continuing education and professional development
