We are looking for an individual to help with medical billing office work for two optometry offices from the hours of 9am- 6pm from our home office. We would also need you to pick up our twin school age children (12yo) from school and be with them until about 6:30pm, when we would get home from work.

You would be expected to help us keep the areas used by the kids tidy and neat, make snacks/small meals, help with homework as needed, simple household duties, take them to any lessons, run occasional errands. Must be good with kids and able and willing to help with them as needed. Must be very reliable. Must have reliable vehicle and clean driving record.

Requirements for medical billing work are: must be meticulous to detail and good with numbers and using a PC based computer system (will learn to use electronic medical records, various insurance websites, excel, scan/email/fax), motivated to learn new skills and be trainable.

Additionally, must be very reliable and dependable, trustworthy and honest, have a positive upbeat attitude, be patient and kind, must be safety conscious with the kids and able to help with learning/schoolwork if needed. This is a long term stable job opportunity with regular hours with some flexibility. You will be working alongside an experienced biller and will be trained on our systems. We are willing to train the right person!

Please note that hours are fixed at M/TU/TH/FR FROM 9AM-6:30PM.
