Overview
We are seeking Line Cooks + Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a commitment to food safety practices.

Duties

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
Cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.
Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Support the head chef in daily operations and help train new kitchen staff.

Experience

Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations is essential.
Familiarity with menu planning and dietary aide practices is a plus.
Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
