Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient intake processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional service to our patients. A passion to decrease the maternal fetal mortality rate and increase client engagement and empowerment is vital!

Responsibilities

Manage the client intake process, including scheduling appointments and coordinating classes.
Review and maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Promote YME Maternal Wellness
Maintain medical records in an organized manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Offer excellent patient service through effective communication and phone etiquette.

Experience

Previous experience in office or clinic setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology can be taught.
Experience in OBGYN, holistic health care
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required.
Prior experience in administrative roles , as well as sales and marketing operations will be beneficial.
