We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in our dynamic Raleigh office. The position involves advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, and drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment-related documents (such as offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employment policies, and separation agreements). The position also involves working on employment aspects of business mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a range of employment issues, including single plaintiff litigation, employment law advice, and reviewing and drafting employment policies and agreements. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with respect to the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Base Compensation $200,000 - $295,000 / year

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
