We currently have a career opportunity for a Safety Manager to work alongside our Safety Director in overseeing our safety programs at all 30 locations in Wisconsin.

This position includes a combination of time spent in the office and in the field. This position requires travel between facilities as needed, however no travel involves overnight stays. While performing the duties of the job you may be exposed to typical conditions of a construction environment including seasonal variations in temperatures.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Conduct job site-specific safety plans and audits
Investigate incidents (including injuries, property damage, near misses, etc.) and coordinate the reporting, documentation, and management of incidents along with determining root causes and implementing corrective/ preventative action plans
Developing and conducting training related to Safety Programs and maintaining training records
Assuring DOT drug/alcohol program is compliant with regulations
Conduct noise and air sampling
Familiar with MSHA regulations (preferred)

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in safety related field (required)
Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
