Responsibilities

Oversee and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and EHS standards on construction sites.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to minimize hazards during steel erection.
Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure adherence to relevant laws.
Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety measures align with overall construction management strategies.
Provide training and support to staff on safety practices and compliance management.

As a Construction Safety Manager specializing in steel erection, you will oversee safety protocols and compliance on construction sites, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Your core skills in OSHA regulations, construction management, and environmental health and safety (EHS) will be essential in mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment. With premium expertise in risk management and workers' compensation, you will develop and implement safety programs. Qualifications

Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance
Proven experience in construction management and EHS practices
Proficient in risk management and occupational health standards
Familiarity with NEC codes and workers' compensation regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
