Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in qualifying each of our clients to their respective Benefit Specialist. The skill set required is moderate proficiency in needs assessment as well as a general understanding of pharmacy medications. In addition, the position requires strong communication which results in the transference of certainty that our firm's recommendations will ultimately produce the best outcome. The Scheduling Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines.

We are only accepting local candidates within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV.

Duties

Contact potential clients to schedule appointments for sales or service consultations
Ensure appointments align with the team's or representative's availability.
Provide a condensed preview of the company's product or services
Maintaining accurate records for tracking & reporting.

Requirements

Proficient English speaker
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suites

Pay: $42,750.00 - $65,900.00 per year
