We have an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Helper to join our DO & CO Family in our New York Unit.

Responsibilities:

Assisting pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with Mixing Pastry products
Work in different stations such as (Fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.)
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

Qualifications:

Proactive and self-organized.
Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
