Are you looking for a job where you can make a difference in people’s lives? Join BrightStar Care. Our Care Specialist is responsible for overseeing all Care Support functions. The Care Specialist collaborates directly with our clients and their families to coordinate care services.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Performs and oversees all scheduling needs for after hours and on weekends to ensure all clients’ needs are met timely and accurately
Works with office administration to problem solve concerns as they arise
Reports concerns to office administration
Fields calls from Clients and primary caregivers (family members)
Fields calls from caregivers
Acts as a liaison, communicating between office team and clients/caregivers after hours and on the weekends
Responds promptly to urgent needs and communicates appropriately

Requirements

High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent, with two years of work experience
Previous staffing experience preferred
Attention to detail, be organized and possess strong communication skills
Satisfactory reference from prior employers
Customer Service and telephone experience helpful

Schedule:

Friday – 1 pm to 5 pm in Office, 5 pm to 8 am remote (on call)
Saturday – 8a m to 5 pm in Office, 5 pm to 8 am remote (on call)
Sunday – 8 am to 5 pm in Office, 5 pm to 8 am remote (on call)
Monday – 8 am to 12 pm in Office

Position pays $20.00 for office hours, and set rates for all on-call hours.
