Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.

Pay: $22.63 - $25.95 per hour
