As a Medical Receptionist, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.

Requirements:

Medical experience in a medical setting
Medical License
COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status

Responsibilities:

Welcomes visitors patients by greeting them on arrival, answering their questions about our services, and checking their medical history.
Schedules and pays appointments for patients with primary physician or physician referral.
Responsible for answering phones in a professional manner including responding to a high volume of calls per day in accordance with local standards.
Schedules and obtains appointments for new patients seeking treatment appointments.
Manages all incoming calls to provide excellent customer service.
Schedules and obtains referrals for all new patients seeking treatment appointments.
Coordinates patient appointment scheduling with Clinical Supervisor or other personnel within the office.
Ensures all phone and text messages are processed in a timely manner consistent with expectations.
Responsible for maintaining and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
Other duties as assigned.
