Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their daily activities, including assistance with personal hygiene and grooming.
Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring any changes in condition are reported.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, while maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all individuals in care.
