Overview
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service agent at our optometric office, you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional service and support to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, address patient inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription inquiries, insurance verification, and general office information.
- Schedule patient appointments according to availability, doctor schedules, and patient preferences.
- Provide patients with information about our services, products, and procedures to enhance their understanding and confidence in their eye care experience.
- Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.16 - $26.05 per hour
