Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Performs and oversees all scheduling needs for after hours and on weekends to ensure all clients’ needs are met timely and accurately
- Works with office administration to problem solve concerns as they arise
- Reports concerns to office administration
- Fields calls from Clients and primary caregivers (family members)
- Fields calls from caregivers
- Acts as a liaison, communicating between office team and clients/caregivers after hours and on the weekends
- Responds promptly to urgent needs and communicates appropriately
Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent, with two years of work experience
- Previous staffing experience preferred
- Attention to detail, be organized and possess strong communication skills
- Satisfactory reference from prior employers
- Customer Service and telephone experience helpful
Schedule:
- Friday – 1 pm to 5 pm in Office, 5 pm to 8 am remote (on call)
- Saturday – 8a m to 5 pm in Office, 5 pm to 8 am remote (on call)
- Sunday – 8 am to 5 pm in Office, 5 pm to 8 am remote (on call)
- Monday – 8 am to 12 pm in Office
Position pays $20.00 for office hours, and set rates for all on-call hours.
