Job Description:
Managers are expected to drive individual and team performance while handling a diverse workload in a challenging, sales-focused environment. The ability to work 45 hours weekly with some Saturdays (8 am - 1 pm), within a fast-paced and changing environment is a must. Center Leaders are committed to leading by example and promoting a professional image through attitude, appearance, and conduct for Center staff, clients, and community.
THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF A CENTER MANAGER INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
● To lead by example
● To recruit, hire, train, and maintain staff
● To provide consistent, personalized, and efficient service for clients daily
● To achieve center fiscal goals
● To adhere to MRC protocol and procedures
● To generate Center growth by keeping clients active, achieving results through effective
service, and soliciting client referrals
● To establish and maintain an effective team directed toward advancing center sales and service goals
● To maintain a professional atmosphere in the Center through appropriate attitude, behavior,
and appearance
● To continually learn from those with more experience
● To problem solve using provided tools such as daily report, Center and individual stats, and
active count in order to isolate and correct Center weaknesses

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
● High school diploma/GED + 5 years in related field or Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year
experience in a related field
● 2 years management experience
● Sales and sales management experience with proven track record of success
You'll meet 1:1 with Clients and provide support, motivation, and education in the areas of weight loss, nutrition, personal growth, and lifestyle changes. Coach clients during their weekly visits using our Coaching Excellence model of 1) Connecting and building rapport, 2) Identifying areas of need or support and, 3) Offering solutions and setting goals.
This position includes sales and service, both equally important. In addition to a supportive coaching attitude and a love of people, you'll need to set and meet center sales goals, prospect new Clients, and continuously grow your business.
