Who We Are
Pulpmill Services, Inc. (PSI) primary business is the manufacturing, installation, repair and refurbishing of pulping equipment, diversifying into industrial general construction including concrete, structural steel, piping and mechanical projects. PSI is a full-service fabrication, welding, and machine shop utilizing advanced CNC machines, water jet and plasma tables and large horizontal and vertical milling machines.
Summary/Objective
This is a skilled level position which requires the ability to convey the importance of safety in every aspect of the various jobs in the shop and in the mills.
This position requires the employee to perform a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to the following key functions:
Essential Functions
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s Safety Program.
- Compliance and management of ISNETWORLD, Aveta, Veriforce, Cognibox, NET DMR and EMR.
- Assist with facilitation of Work Comp with human resources.
- Manage incident reports and investigations with human resources.
- Perform duties as the liaison with various mills and their personnel.
- Assist with weekly safety training.
- Perform all duties safely.
- Willing to learn and perform other tasks and duties as needed.

- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate information clearly in written form or verbally so that instructions can be followed with minimal chance of error.

Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials

Education and Experience
- OSHA 510 & 500 Certifications.
- Experience working with facilities and equipment.
Additional eligibility requirements
- Valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID.
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
- $50k - $75k/annually (exact rate to be determined based on experience and qualifications)
