- Answer telephones
- Scheduling appointments for patients with the chiropractor based on the doctor’s availability
- Patient reminder calls
- Making sure that the paperwork regarding patient health records is organized and up to date at all times
- Escort patients to appropriate treatment rooms
- Receiving payments from patients at the time of their appointments
- Submit claims to carriers and E.O.B postings (training is available)
- Providing information about the practice’s policies and procedures to patients via written material or verbally

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
