Job Overview
Fast growing Home Health Care agency in Bradenton/Sarasota seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Field Supervisor to provide essential support to employees and clients. The ideal candidate should have experience with Healthcare software, and committed to enhancing the client's quality of life. This position serves as a liaison between patients, caregivers, and the office manager to ensure high-quality, compassionate care is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and schedule care personnel based on patient needs, staff availability, and geographic location.
- Monitor field staff performance and provide support or escalation as needed.
Patient Care Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families regarding scheduling and service delivery.
- Address patient concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Communication:
- Communicate with office manager and administrator to optimize service delivery.
- Communicate changes in schedules, policies, or procedures effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare management.
- Scheduling experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
