Position Summar
yThe Multi-Site EHS Manager is responsible for supporting Environmental, Health & Safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role partners with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Approximately 10% travel is required
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esSupport EHS programs across multiple manufacturing location
- s.Partner with site leadership to promote safe work practices and strengthen the safety cultur
- e.Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are complete
- d.Lead risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and hazard reduction initiative
- s.Monitor safety performance and recommend improvements based on leading and lagging indicator
- s.Promote reporting of near misses, safety observations, and best practice
- s.Coordinate with emergency response agencies and outside resources as neede
- d.Ensure compliance with OSHA and company EHS policie

Qualificati
- onsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferr
- ed.7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environme
- nt.Previous multi-site EHS experience requir
- ed.Knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, and risk assessment process
- es.OHST, ASP, CSP, or similar certification preferr
- ed.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skil
- ls.Ability to travel approximately 1
