Job Summary:
****Perceptions Mental Health LLC in Helena is currently looking to add to our staff. You do not need to be fully licensed as we offer Supervision. We would also like to add a fulltime Therapist as well ( LCPC Preferred but LCSW is open for discussion. You do not need to be fully credentialed with all the insurances as we can help you with that as well.

We are seeking a LCPC, LCSW or candidates to join our team. We are also accepting candidates that require supervision. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to patients in need of mental health services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Provide crisis management and intervention as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct research and clinical studies to enhance patient care outcomes
- Offer counseling and support services to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology
- Current state licensure as an LCPC, LCSW or Candidate
- Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical research methodologies
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health systems and patient assessment techniques
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Ability to inhale complex information quickly and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Experience in conducting clinical research studies
This position is a 1099 contractor, with excellent splits so bring your clients over! Billing is done for you, and supervision is available. Our Administrator does everything for you so you can be the best therapist you can be.
We accept most insurances with the exception to Medicare.
