This position often requires relocation. You may be assigned to various locations for different durations throughout your employment. While some locations may be near your current residence, others could be farther away. Many assignments will include stipends to assist with travel, living expenses, and meals.
This position follows an 8-week on, 1-week off rotation.
Responsibilities

- Provide first aid and injury care
- Conduct health assessments and screenings
- Perform emergency response and triage
- Manage workers' compensation cases
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing
- Perform fit-for-duty evaluations
- Maintain OSHA-compliant documentation
- Educate employees on health and safety topics
- Support return-to-work programs
- Maintain accurate clinical records
QualificationsEducation & Licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Compact RN License preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Occupational Health certifications highly preferred
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of Registered Nurse experience
- Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
- Emergency Room (ER), Urgent Care, and/or Triage experience highly preferred
- Experience managing workplace injuries and occupational health cases preferred
- Experience with OSHA documentation, workers' compensation, return-to-work programs, and employee health management preferred
- Experience working independently in a clinic or remote-site environment preferred

- Ability to clearly explain medical conditions, treatment plans, and clinical processes to employees and management

Work Requirements
- Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Must be able to work Monday–Saturday, 10–12 hour day shifts
- Must be able to work an 8-weeks-on, 1-week-off rotation schedule
- Must be able to work independently in remote or isolated project locations
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in varying outdoor conditions
- Ability to respond to workplace injuries and emergency situations in a construction environment
- Must successfully pass criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug screening requirements
Compensation Transparency
The expected wage for this position is $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for per diem.
