About the Role:
We are seeking a PT to perform in-home safety evaluations for clients. Potential for seeing clients for private pay therapy/wellness sessions are possible as well. NO SOC, OASIS, etc as you would see with an insurance based practice.
Evaluation of a residence, inside and outside (if appropriate), identifying risk factors that may impact the safety of the Homeowner. Homeowner/caregiver education should be provided to remedy risk factors that do not require professional or contractor intervention.
You will visit clients in their homes, assess safety risks, and provide practical recommendations to help them remain safe and independent. Chance to see the clients as a private pay therapy client as well.

Unlimited Potential is a mobile, cash-pay only practice specializing in in-home concierge level therapy (PT/OT/speech) and wellness (strength training, health coaching) services.
We work mostly with older adults and individuals with neurological and mobility challenges to help them stay safe, independent, and active in their own homes. Our team focuses on personalized, high-quality care that goes beyond traditional clinic settings by meeting clients where they are, both physically and functionally.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel to clients’ homes to perform safety evaluations (typically 30–60 minutes per visit)
- Assess common risk areas including fall hazards, mobility challenges, bathroom safety, lighting, and accessibility
- Discuss findings and recommendations with the client and/or family
- Complete documentation (most completed on-site, with ~10-15 minutes of additional off-site documentation per evaluation)

- Ability to accept or decline referrals based on your availability
Qualifications:
- Licensed PT
- CPR certified
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation:
- $125 per each home safety evaluation (45-70 minutes counting documentation)
Pay: From $150.00 per hour
