Mental Health Professional - Outpatient

Woodland Centers is recruiting a licensed or license eligible Mental Health Professional (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in Outpatient. We offer the opportunity to work collaboratively with each client's integrated team, providing individual, family and/or group therapy while also supporting other services they are involved in.
Hybrid work opportunity (must be willing to work in the office at least 3 days).
Counties we serve: Big Stone, Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Meeker, Renville, and Swift.
Job Duties:
- Evaluate/diagnose mental health and emotional disorders of individuals through interview, assessment, observation, and screening.
- Make appropriate referrals.
- Formulate a course of mental health treatment.
- Provide treatment through direct clinical services as well as consultation with other providers.
- Provide individual, couple, marital, and group therapy.
Requirements:
- A master's or doctorate degree in a field that is license eligible to provide mental health therapy in MN.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of MN, starting rate $34.60.
- Pre Licensed Mental Health Professional seeking hours of supervision towards a license at $31.97.
