- Witham Pediatrics
- Witham Pain Management
- Witham Family Medicine - Thorntown
- Witham Physician Specialty Center - Crawfordsville
- Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center
- Boone County Jail
- And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort
We’re currently seeking two (2) Master’s-level Therapists/Counselors to join our outpatient team in either our Crawfordsville or Thorntown office.
We strongly prefer candidates who are license-eligible (with a temporary permit) or fully licensed as:
- LCAC-A, LMHC-A, LSW-A, LAC (associate/temporary levels)
- LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, LSW (full licenses)
…with experience in social work, mental health, and/or addictions.
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and crisis evaluations
- Provide individual and group counseling in an outpatient setting
- Perform case management
- Educate clients and their support networks on addiction issues and available services/programs
- Deliver holistic, whole-person approaches to recovery
- Collaborate closely with families, probation officers, law enforcement, and other key stakeholders
- Submit billing and required paperwork in a timely manner
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
- Must be license-eligible with a temporary permit OR hold one of the following Indiana licenses: LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCAC
