KR Transport LLC is seeking a Safety & Compliance Manager to join our team in a key leadership role within our company.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced CDL driver or trucking professional looking to transition into a long-term leadership role within the trucking industry.

Position is based out of Berlin, WI. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.
As our Safety & Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of:
- Driver safety & accountability
- Reviewing Samsara safety events & coaching drivers
- Conducting ongoing driver training, coaching, and development to improve safety, compliance, and overall performance
- Driver recruiting & interviewing
- New hire orientation & onboarding
- Road testing new hires and annual road tests for current drivers
- Administering our monthly driver performance bonus program
- DOT compliance & driver file management
- Supporting operations with every-other-weekend on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Prior driving experience required
- Strong understanding of trucking operations, safety, and compliance
- Strong computer skills and ability to effectively use multiple software platforms and systems
- Ability to lead and hold drivers accountable
Compensation:
- Starting salary: $1,350/week ($70,200 annually)
- Up to $6,000 annual performance bonus
- Opportunity for growth and salary increases based on performance
Work Expectations:
- Typical 45–50 hour workweek
- Every-other-weekend on-call rotation
- Some after-hours flexibility as needed
