We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and positive individual to join our Quality Improvement Team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of healthcare experience, a deep understanding of clinical quality measures, strong communication skills, and a drive for excellence in patient-centered care. If you love working with data, improving systems, and being part of a supportive, purpose-driven team—this role is for you.
Must have a quiet, dedicated work space to be able to work from home. But also be available to come into the clinic as needed. This position may transition fully to an on-site role.

We are offering $22-$24/hour for a QIP Coordinator, depending on experience, plus incredible benefits. Summary of Responsibilities
Support Compliance & Quality Initiatives:
Work under the guidance of the Compliance and Quality Improvement Manager (CQM) to implement practical solutions that enhance quality and compliance across the organization.
Quality Incentive Program (QIP):
Aim to meet or exceed targeted clinical quality scores by:
Communicating QIP goals with staff and patients
Performing outreach to specific patient groups
Analyzing data and refining compliance strategies
Managing patient schedules to flag and prioritize focus measures
Ensuring accurate medical data entry into EMRs
Support health equity efforts by:
Participating in trainings and completing milestone-based projects
Analyzing disparities and creating protocols/programs
Collaborating with the CQM and training staff in new processes
Community & Administrative Support:
Assist with outreach and wellness events
Help build partnerships for integrated care
General Duties:
Perform additional quality-related projects and responsibilities as assigned by the CQM or administration.
