In this full-time role as an onsite safety representative you will be part of a small close-knit team working for J. Ranck Electric on various solar sites within Michigan.
The Role:
As a safety representative, you will be responsible for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. Prior safety experience is required. You must possess good communication, organization, time management, computer, problem-solving, innovative and proactive strategies and leadership skills. You may also need to spend time on jobsites throughout the sate of Michigan.
Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, company-match 401K, and discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
