What You’ll Do
As the Clinical Coordinator you’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and success of our clinical trials. You’ll manage studies from start to finish — ensuring every visit meets FDA and GCP standards. You’ll work side-by-side with our investigators, coordinators, and sponsors to keep studies running smoothly, safely, and compliantly.
Your Day-to-Day
- Enroll patients, complete visits as identified in the protocol and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with study teams and sponsors to ensure protocol compliance and accurate documentation.
- Prepare for monitor visits, audits, and inspections, ensuring full readiness at all times.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that make CCT faster, sharper, and more efficient.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination, investigational product management, or clinical operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of FDA, ICH-GCP, and clinical research best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask across multiple studies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills – you’re proactive, dependable, and adaptable.
- Comfort using EDC, CTMS, and digital documentation systems.
