We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will oversee quality control processes, conduct rigorous inspections, and implement quality systems that align with industry regulations. Your proactive approach will help maintain our reputation for excellence and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations.
Duties
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP protocols by reviewing manufacturing processes and documentation.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain current SQF program and all QA related aspects of business
Skills
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and related quality standards.
- Expertise in conducting quality audits and inspections within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent analysis skills for data collection, interpretation, and reporting to support quality assurance initiatives.
- Knowledge of quality control processes including QA/QC procedures and quality management systems implementation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities related to manufacturing quality issues.
