Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties across various areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces to ensure a spotless shine.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability for staff and visitors.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, following safety and environmental guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently to ensure quality work.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition through proper use and routine checks.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
