Job Summary
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on HSE / Safety Manager to support multiple projects. This role is based out of the Houston office with short-term travel to various job sites as needed.
This is a field-focused position for someone who’s comfortable being onsite, working directly with crews, and helping keep jobs running safely and smoothly.
Duties
- Providing safety leadership across multiple active projects
- Traveling to job sites for short durations to support field operations
- Conducting site walks, safety audits, and observations
- Supporting incident reporting and corrective actions
- Working closely with field crews and project leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HSE / Safety Manager on industrial or construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PTW (Permit to Work)
- Comfortable splitting time between the office and the field
- Willing and able to travel as projects require
- Practical, field-driven approach to safety
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
