Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to patients in a primary care setting
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including group therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and case management
- Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling field (licensed or license-eligible in the State of Vermont)
- Experience working in a behavioral health or mental health setting
- Knowledge of gender issues counseling and sensitivity to diverse populations
- Familiarity with patient assessment tools and research methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: $28.06 - $35.58 per hour
