As a Mental Health Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will perform thorough mental health evaluations, deliver effective individual therapy, create and manage treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams for integrated care, and maintain precise, well-organized patient records.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Provide high-quality individual therapy
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
Compensation:
We offer multiple pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!
Salary:
- Licensed: $ 70,000 – 75,000
- In Training: $ 55,000 – 58,000
Commission Based:
- Licensed: $ 62,000 – 130,000
- In Training: $ 58,000 – 108,000
- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
- Employees in these positions are W2.
