Summary
- Community Health Liaison coordinates community health education and prevention activities in the market area communities' This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
Duties
- Coordinates and represents the organization at community events by promoting services and distributing information. Participates in community events.
- Coordinates with major employers to improve health and well-being of employees through program offerings to include: health risk assessments, single program presentations, and health fairs.
- Participates in health education prevention programs in the community to include single program presentations on health issues to community organizations.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a healthcare related field required.
- Driver's License - Valid required.
- 2 Years of healthcare, education or a human services field is required. Individual must have strong community ties and actively involved in community activities is required. Exceptional attention to detail and experience with organizing information into efficient and effective processes and communications is required.
