Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail multi task-oriented Food Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
-SQF Certification experience is required (3-5 years minimum)
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, SQF, HACCP, CGMP, and other quality standards
- Manage quality systems and documentation
- Lead quality assurance/control (QA/QC) projects
- Coordinate and fabricate quality audits
- Provide training on quality processes to staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in quality assurance management
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and quality systems
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
