We are seeking an exceptional Safety Officer with proven experience supporting multi-million-dollar federal construction projects. This role requires a professional who understands both the letter and the spirit of EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and FAR safety compliance in high-stakes environments.
What You Bring
Experience as the lead safety professional on large-scale federal projects (DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, or GSA experience preferred)
Demonstrated success managing site safety on active construction projects
Mastery of site-specific safety planning, hazard analysis, and reporting in line with federal standards
Proven ability to lead field crews, subcontractors, and prime contractor teams in cultivating a culture of accountability and zero incidents
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with government representatives, primes, and internal project teams
