Cheshire Wellness Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support our doctors and team in delivering transformative, neurologically-based chiropractic care. This role blends hands-on clinical coordination with warm, human connection to ensure every practice member’s experience is organized, inspired, and deeply supportive of their healing journey.

About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator oversees the daily rhythm of care, ensuring a seamless flow between the doctors, the front desk, and practice members.This is a primarily clinical position: assisting with new patient consultations, neurological scans, posture assessments, X-rays, and care plan coordination, while also engaging in the community side of practice life through classes, wellness dinners, and events that help more people experience what CWC offers.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations
- Prepare and maintain clinical and adjusting spaces for sessions and consultations.
- Support doctors during evaluations, ongoing care, and follow-through.
- Perform posture photos, neurological scans, digital X-rays, and file preparation with precision (training provided).
- Manage care flow in the electronic health record, update visit plans as directed, and keep clinical documentation organized.
- Communicate clearly with the team to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and a calm, healing atmosphere.
Team & Practice Support
- Welcome and guide new practice members through their care journey.
- Track upcoming re-evaluations, classes, and progress milestones to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Collaborate with the front desk on reminders, communication, and clinical follow-through.
Community & Events
- Participate in monthly community wellness dinners, twice-a-month classes & workshops, and periodic outreach events.
- Represent the practice with professionalism and enthusiasm while helping set up and host events.
- Share upcoming programs with current and prospective practice members.

- Comfort working with technology (electronic health records, Google Drive, diagnostics, posture analysis software, digital X-ray). Training provided.
- Ability to stay grounded and positive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Warm, articulate communication and professional presentation.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic, healthcare, or wellness environment preferred but not required. Service or hospitality experience is also valuable.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Schedule & Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person hourly position (Monday–Thursday), with typical hours around 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.including a generous mid-day break.Some later evenings and occasional weekends are part of the role, along with periodic professional development on Fridays.
Compensation:The typical starting range is $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and training.Team members become eligible for performance-based bonuses after 90 days and monthly profit sharing after one year, which increases total compensation while maintaining the same base rate.
