MDS Quality-Hygiene Consultant in the High plains of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and New Mexico.
You will serve as a partner with the MDS Account Manager and Corporate Sales/Hygiene Manager & Lead Hygiene Consultant, providing recommendations on advanced cow health, cleaning, sanitation, milk production and other food production processes and programs that drive a positive experience and create cleaner, safer, high productive and healthier environments.
The Quality-Hygiene Consultant will visit the customers as set by scheduling set by the Corporate Sales/Hygiene Manager & Lead Hygiene Consultant, and with the customer’s manager that handles operations. This schedule will be coordinated with customer schedules and needs. This schedule will be pre-planned ahead and a route card turned in to the Corporate Sales/Hygiene Manager. The duties while at customers will be: monitor and report customer chemical and sanitation goods inventory and reorder needs, use trained knowledge to evaluate sanitation metrics, animal health status, cow heath, comfort and sanitation system needs, identify customer needs and provide solutions report, present customer system and health status reports to dairy manager.
Responsibilities:
· Train, develop and manage as the Dairy Quality-Hygiene Consultant.
· Train on Miguel Dairy Service systems for cow health and comfort, sanitation systems quality management, service, maintenance, work order, job cost, scheduling, documentation process then maintain your accounts to these procedures
· Full MDS training and understanding of Jonas and e-mobile systems including work order, P.O., inventory, purchasing, warehouse, approval process systems
· Train and develop a complete Understanding of Environment Evaluations
· Train and have knowledge of MDS product, equipment, and customer locations
· Track flow of service requests to ensure customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner
· Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner
· Train and Perform Dairy Skills over three years of working as Quality-Hygiene Consultant

The Quality-Hygiene Consultant pay is based on experience, skills assessment, and progress on our In-House Dairy Hygiene Specialist Training program.
Bonus Paid every quarter: The bonus will be based on the retention of accounts that are assigned to the consultant and the success of Customer satisfaction.
