About the Role
The Prairie Cross Ranches is a nationally competitive show cattle operation seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with daily barn responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in livestock care and the show cattle industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Rinsing, blowing, and grooming show cattle
- Assisting with feeding, watering, and basic cattle care
- Cleaning pens, alleys, and maintaining barn cleanliness
- Supporting daily routines and care schedules
- Helping with show and sale preparation (as needed)
Qualifications
- Experience with cattle required; show cattle experience preferred
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work in a team and handle physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
