We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to join our team and support adolescents (ages 12–18) living with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

What You’ll Do
As a BHP at Ridge Maine, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping teens rebuild their confidence, strengthen relationships, and learn healthier coping strategies.
You will:
- Build meaningful connections while maintaining professional boundaries
- Guide daily routines (meals, chores, school, enrichment activities)
- Encourage growth by teaching problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Support residents with emotional regulation and decision-making
- Model resilience by being a steady, positive presence in their lives
- Document progress and collaborate with the team to ensure each resident’s success
Schedule Options
- AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- At least one weekend shift required

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED required; college coursework or certifications a plus
- Experience working with youth (residential, educational, or healthcare settings) preferred
- Background in DSP, BHP, Ed Tech, CNA, PSS, MHRT, or related roles valued
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, including fingerprinting
