Job Description
Under the direction of the department leadership the incumbent is responsible for accreditation activities by developing and leading clinical teams in DNV, DOH and similar organizations in accreditation activities and audit. Supports the quality department in developing, leading and analyzing outcomes of initiatives throughout assigned site or area.
BA/BS required. BS in Nursing or health care preferred. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, CPQ, CPPS, IHI or other recognized process improvement training preferred. Registered nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist, or other healthcare professional licensure preferred.
Experience
5 years of experience clinical work in a health care work environment required. 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement, Regulatory Compliance preferred.

Salary Range: $ 67,938.00 - $93,414.75
