RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
The Safety/Employee Relations Administrator will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive employee relations within our organization.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. This job description is not comprehensive and all employees must be adaptable, flexible and willing to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
Recordkeeping for safety, facilities and employees
o Human Resources tasks
o Assist in the hiring process, including on-boarding new employees as well as processing terminations.
o Administrative tasks for benefits
o Maintain employee records
o Work as liaison with safety consultants
Communications
o Handle employee calls and inquires
o Keeping employees informed on policies and regulations
Other Duties
o Facility Maintenance documentation
o Uphold cooperative policies
This employee will work out of the Hanley Falls Main Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
