Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Answer and redirect phone calls and emails, as well as responding to inquiries and requests for information.
- Maintain and update company databases, including client information and employee records.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
