Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences and specifications
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly portioned
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including proper handling and storage of food
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients
- Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions
