Village Green Memory Care Community is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Health and Wellness Coach to join our team. As a leading memory care community, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The Health and Wellness Coach will play a vital role in promoting the well-being and overall health of our residents.

Responsibilities

*Develop and implement individualized wellness plans for residents based on their specific needs and goals *Conduct health assessments to determine residents' current health status and identify areas for improvement *Provide education and guidance to residents on nutrition, exercise, and activities that promote overall well-being *Coordinate and lead group exercise classes and wellness programs *Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents' needs are met and their goals are being addressed *Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to their wellness plans *Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $45.00 - $55.00/hour.
