Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lab Work Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing laboratory operations such as placing lab orders with various providers, tracking results for patients, and scheduling reviews. This position requires a strong background in high volume and demanding environments, data management, and extreme attention to detail, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties

Oversee daily laboratory operations, including order placing, tracking, and management.
Manage data entry and analysis using laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities and results while ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards.
Collaborate with our functional specialist teams to support ongoing patient care.
Ensure tracking and documentation is well-maintained and organized, adhering to protocols.
Provide training and support to new staff on lab operations and techniques.

Experience

Familiarity with data management practices and laboratory information systems.
Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and vital signs is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Previous involvement in clinical settings is highly desirable.
